💖 Ney’s Beauty Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love every product you receive from Ney’s Beauty! Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, we’re always here to help if there’s an issue with your order.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products—used or unused. Please make sure to read product descriptions and review your order carefully before checkout.

🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item(s) received

• A description of the issue

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit if the mistake is on our end.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• The item is out of stock

• You received a damaged or incorrect item

• Your package was lost and confirmed by the carrier

Please allow 3–5 business days for approved refunds to be processed back to your original payment method.

Allergic Reactions or Dissatisfaction

We recommend reading ingredient lists and patch testing products before full use. Ney’s Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or product dissatisfaction once opened.
